Proctorio lost!

The Court of Appeal quashed Proctorio’s appeal in full, with reasons to follow.

For reasons that will become clear when the reasons for judgment are published, today’s victory is a victory for all SLAPP defendants.

The Protection of Public Participation Act hearing will proceed from February 7th to 11th, 2022.
